SBR Grant

The Small Business Revitalization (SBR) Grant

The Small Business Revitalization (SBR) funding builds on statewide efforts launched in response to the economic impact of COVID-19, which disproportionately affected small and minority-owned businesses across Georgia. These programs were created to help businesses stabilize operations, recover from financial disruptions, and strengthen long-term sustainability.

In partnership with the North Georgia Black Business Alliance (NGBBA), the Northwest Georgia Minority Business Alliance (NWGA MBA) is proud to bring Small Business Relief funding to Region One. NGBBA serves as the grant administrator and is responsible for overseeing the distribution of funds, fiscal compliance, and reporting in accordance with program guidelines.

SBR funding supports eligible Georgia-based, for-profit small businesses and is paired with education and technical assistance to promote responsible use of funds and long-term business success. Approved uses of funds may include working capital, operational expenses, recovery-related costs, or growth activities as defined by the program.

Applicants are encouraged to review eligibility requirements before attending a Money Smart Training
